Mobile Notary Fees

Section 406.024 of the Texas Government Code outlines the maximum allowable fees that may be charged by a notary public for notarial acts. These fees are charged by Serviam Preferred Solutions.

~ For protesting a bill or a note for non-acceptance or nonpayment, register, and seal

~ For certificate and seal to a protest

~ For taking the acknowledgment or proof of a deed or other instrument in writing, for registration, including certificate and seal: 

       For the first signature

~ For administering an oath or affirmation with certificate and seal

~ For a certificate under seal not otherwise provided for

~ For a copy of a record or paper in the notary public’s office (for each page)

~ For taking the deposition of a witness (for each 100 words)

~ For swearing a witness to a deposition, certificate, seal, and other business connected with taking the deposition

All appropriate fees for requested notarial acts listed above will be charged in addition to all appropriate fees from each of the category lists below. These fees are neither required nor specified in the law and are completely separate from fees for notarial acts.

An invoice clearly outlining all fees due will be provided to you prior to your booking time. Payment is required in full upon receipt of the invoice and before a notary will service your booking. Payment can be made by cash, debit card, credit card, or Zelle.

Policies and Requirements

  • Eight (8) hours’ advanced notice for booking cancellation is required. Cancellation should be made by call or text to 469.213.8760 or email to ServiamPreferred@pm.me.

  • There will be no refunds for cancellations made with less than eight (8) hours’ notice or for emergency or holiday bookings.

**All signers are required to provide a valid, unexpired, government-issued photo identification. Accepted identification includes:

  1. Driver's license or identification card issued by the State of Texas

  2. United States passport

  3. Other Texas-approved identification card, consisting of any one of the following, provided that it also contains a photograph, description of the person, person's signature, and an identifying number:

  • Driver’s license or identification card issued by any state in the United States

  • Driver’s license issued by a Canadian or Mexican public agency authorized to issue drivers' licenses

  • A passport issued by a foreign government provided that it has been stamped by the U.S. Immigration and Naturalization Service or the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services

  • A United States military identification card

  • An inmate identification card issued by a sheriff's office or the Texas Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation

  • An employee identification card issued by an agency or office of the State of Texas, or an agency or office of a city, county, or city and county in Texas
